Our Customer Support and Training function is the key point of contact between the customer or end user and Leonardo’s UK Helicopters business, playing a critical role in managing all customer requirements and issues.
The roles in the function provide a range of services and support solutions to Leonardo customers, by integrating training support, simulators, technical assistance, material services and helicopter maintenance. Solutions may vary from traditional methods of transacting goods via ad hoc tasking, to more service-based arrangements, though to fully Integrated Operational Support (IOS) solutions.
