If successful you will be invited to record four videos of yourself answering four specific questions. These will help us find out more about you and your interest in the role. We will then assess your application against the vacancy requirements. If you meet the criteria you will be invited for a virtual interview. These are the only stages of the recruitment process.

Graduate Programmes
Any graduate programme in our Helicopter business is 24-months in duration.
Unfortunately we are unable to sponsor visa applications for any early careers vacancies. In order to apply for our opportunities, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance.
Normally this is to the level of Security Check (typically known as “SC”) for our business which includes having a minimum of 5 years’ permanent residency in the UK.

If you successfully complete our Electronics and Cyber & Security graduate programmes, and at the end of your programme, you will remain working within your IPT (Integrated Project Team).
For Helicopters if you are successful, you will start the following August after your assessment.
